All claims for damaged or missing goods must be filed with the carrier concerned - do not open the package - advise Dannevirke Suzuki immediately if you suspect that the goods are damaged.  If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original packaging and condition within 14 days, and we will refund your money - less transportation costs (unless goods are faulty).
